Returns - All returns must be sent back in its original packaging and include the packaging slip.
Be sure to send it certified mail so you can be sure we received it. Dancing Light will refund
your money within 10 business days of receiving your return.
Damaged Goods - Dancing Light makes every effort to make sure your order gets to you
undamaged. However, it can and does happen. All broken goods should be returned by mail.
Dancing Light will either reimburse you for the postage or send you a double replacement of the
damaged product.
Please notify Dancing Light that you plan to return an item by either e-mailing
jean@dancinglightcandles.net or calling 646-522-6100.
If the Wick is Lit, That is It! - Once you light the candle, that is it. Dancing Light will not
accept any returns on used candles.
Back Orders - Dancing Light tries to keep back ordered and out of stock items posted on the
webpages. However, sometimes we can't get the info out there in time. If an order cannot be
shipped within 5 business days due to a back ordered item, Dancing Light will notify you
immediately. You will have the following options:
Out of Stock Items - Out of stock items are posted on the site pages and an in stock date isusually posted. Check back at that time for those items.
Wholesale - If you are interested in placing a wholesale order, please contact

meet your needs.
Custom Orders - There is a minimum order of $100 for any custom orders. Please contact
